Domestic Shipping Rates:
We offer free shipping in the Continental USA when you spend $100 or more in one transaction. Orders under $100 will pay standard shipping rates based on weight and package size.
All orders will be shipped to the address provided within 5 days from the date of the purchase. As you can understand, we are unable to take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances (reasons beyond our control), which may cause your delivery to be late.
International Shipping Rates:
To start an international order, please choose your country at check out, and then DHL will calculate the total cost of your order in US Dollars including freight, taxes and duties. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are held at customs.
For Canada orders, we are not responsible for any extra taxes or duties charged.
RETURNS POLICY
We stand behind our products 100% , we are committed to bring products focusing on Our Health, Our People & Our Planet but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product please contact us at: info@bohemiayerbamate.com
Consumable goods are not eligible for return, this includes our Yerba Mate tea varieties plus gourds & straws, when sold "as a set" with the yerba mate tea.
Eligible products for returns: Gourds and Straws when sold "as isolated items".
To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be unused and undamaged, and it must be returned in its original packaging for refunds. We only accept returns on damaged products purchased directly at www.bohemiayerbamate.com
All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Merchandise returned 30 days after the original purchase date is not eligible for refund or exchange.
All products sold by third parties are covered by the merchant’s return policy, not by Bohemia Products LLC’s returns policy.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Subject line: RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to obtain a Return Number within 30 days of the invoice generated date.
Place the products inside the original packaging and mail it by the instructions you will receive in your email.
BUYER is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items.
You bear the risk of loss during return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Refunds are initiated within 24-72 hours following the refund request and are processed within approximately three (3) to five (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be refunded.
